I had purchased Roman Shades from Ford Window Treatment 20 years ago. As I remembered the great service I had received and given the top notch quality of the shades, I recently looked them up again. Barbara was very helpful in assisting me in selecting a replacement for the shades and worked with me on the delivery. Barbara and her team were very helpful. She was very patient, as I had trouble deciding what I wanted. She saw us several times in her showroom and at our apt. - no pressure. She provided good advice. We love the way our shades came out. The installation team was terrific, great job and cleaned up after themselves.

I have worked with Ford Window treatments for 3 decades in two different homes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Now Barbara is at the helm and what a pleasure to work with her. I just purchased window treatments for every room. Barbara came to my house and spent the time to understand my needs and vision. The installers were incredible. Highly recommend Ford Window Treatments. After 3 estimates it was clear Barbara was an expert and easy to work with. Also a plus that Ford was inline with other estimates and reasonably priced.Barbara and the team communicated throughput the process even with a delay due to the manufacture sending the wrong size shutter, it was clear they wanted to do the job correctly. Pleasure to work with and the final product is great. Will definitely call them again and refer anyone that needs window treatments.
